Reservations
 

All rooms have private baths. Rates include our Breakfast Buffet. No children under 8 years of age except by special arrangement. No pets. All rates are subject to change. Please confirm rates when making your reservation.

 

Deposits

Stays of two nights or more we require a 50% deposit at time of booking or within 7 days if mailing a check. One night stays require a full payment as deposit. Any balance due is payable upon arrival.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 14 days before check-in date for any refund. For cancellations received less than 14 days before check-in, refunds will be made only to the extent that we are able to re-rent the space with no loss to the inn. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee of held deposit. Group reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation. Long term apartment stays are subject to a 60 cancellation.
